Based on preliminary data, in many cases, we can estimate the approximate cost of an engineering system without visiting the facility based on the plans and requirements sent to us.
We determine the start and end dates of the work. We discuss the deadlines and payment terms. We draw up a calendar schedule.
After visiting and familiarizing ourselves with the facility, we collect all the necessary data, adjust the cost of equipment and works within the established delivery time and payment terms. We adjust the work schedule in accordance with the established deadlines. We make the most detailed cost calculation.
We discuss all the nuances of the contract in accordance with the technology of work performance. We conclude and finalize the contract in accordance with the legal regulations (applicable in Ukraine). Project and work contracts are concluded separately.
We prepare design and estimate documentation in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. If necessary, we conduct an expert review of the design and estimate documentation and obtain a positive opinion. We carry out the work in strict compliance with the terms of the contract. We cooperate and coordinate the technology of work performance with other subcontractors, if necessary.
The warranty for equipment and work is specified in the contract and is established in accordance with the applicable standards and warranties of the equipment manufacturer. If necessary, we conclude a contract for periodic technical maintenance in accordance with the regulations.

Write or call us back and place an order. The preparation time, stages of work, number of specialists involved, etc. depends on the scope of work. Our customers can be construction companies, developers, government organizations with budget funding, as well as owners of houses, apartments, offices, and more. First, we make calculations and a commercial offer, which may sometimes include several options. As a rule, we visit the Facility to clarify the conditions of work, perform the necessary measurements, and discuss technical and organizational issues. We select the necessary equipment and, if necessary, make a design. We clarify and agree on the estimate with the Customer. We conclude a contract. We supply the equipment, and in the course of the work, we lay communications (cables, etc.), install, adjust, and teach how to use it.
The Company's experience is determined by the experience of its specialists, including the CEO. Our experience in the above-mentioned engineering systems dates since 2001. Do not confuse work experience with length of employment. Work experience is a set of skills and knowledge acquired by a person or group in a certain position (in a certain industry) or over a certain period of time. Our specialists are able to solve not only standard tasks. During the Company's operation, we have put into operation many different engineering networks and systems. Our customers are state-owned enterprises, territorial offices of the National Bank of Ukraine, commercial banks, embassies, political parties, hotels, construction companies, medical centers, manufacturing enterprises, trading companies, architectural workshops, law firms, casinos, service stations, etc., as well as many private companies and facilities.
The purpose of providing equipment maintenance services is to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment in accordance with the requirements of regulatory, technical and operational documentation for a particular type of equipment, preventing equipment failures and premature wear and tear. In most cases, maintenance of engineering equipment includes inspection, cleaning, minor repairs of equipment, and responding to calls for troubleshooting within the established time frame. The frequency of maintenance is determined by the specific type of equipment and is indicated in the passport for a particular type of equipment. We recommend that the decision on the need for maintenance is made by the Customer.
Any calculation, commercial offer, engineering calculation of a system begins with a project. Even if in the first minutes, hours it is only a sketch - the arrangement of equipment on the plan, cable routes, selection of equipment by characteristics, coordination, consideration of price, availability, options, requirements of Departmental Building Regulations, State Building Regulations, State Standards of Ukraine, Sanitary Norms and Rules, technical specifications, if provided by the Customer.
A full-fledged project meets the requirements of the Unified System of Design Documentation, the necessary sections in the explanatory note are added, and the cost estimate documentation is drawn up.
It is better not to save on the project. In some cases, it is mandatory. For example, a fire alarm system project, or a project for a government organization, or a project of engineering systems for a large facility under construction. But we will not ask you for money for a small sketch, plans, diagrams.
It is harmful to save on the quality of equipment. It is harmful to save on skilled labor. It is harmful to save on quality materials, wires and cables. It is harmful to save money on projects (except when it is possible to save money). What else?
